Effective date: 15 September 2026 Tarafabbs respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal data when you browse our website, create an account, contact us or place an order. DATA WE COLLECT We may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, account details, order and return history, messages, preferences, consent choices, device/browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and website activity. Payment credentials are entered into the secure payment-provider interface; Tarafabbs does not intend to store full card, UPI or banking credentials. WHY WE USE IT We use personal data to provide accounts and wishlists; process payments, orders, delivery, returns and refunds; verify addresses and prevent fraud; provide support; maintain security and records; comply with legal obligations; improve the website; and send marketing only where permitted or consented to. We do not sell personal data. WHO RECEIVES IT We share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers such as Supabase for hosting/authentication, Vercel for website infrastructure, Razorpay and banking partners for payments, delivery partners, communications providers, analytics/security providers, professional advisers and authorities where required by law. Each provider handles data under its own applicable terms and privacy duties. COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE We use essential browser storage for functions such as authentication, cart, wishlist, theme, security and popup preferences. Optional analytics or marketing technologies should be used only as disclosed and where consent is required. Browser controls can limit storage, but some site features may then stop working correctly. RETENTION AND SECURITY We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute and legal requirements. We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update or delete personal data; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing; or raise a grievance. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed, and some records may need to be retained by law. You can unsubscribe using a message link where provided or contact us. CHILDREN The website is intended for customers able to enter a valid contract. A parent or lawful guardian should place an order for a minor and provide any required consent.
